ELOTEX FL3210

ELOTEX FL3210 is a defoamed redispersible polymer powder based on vinyl acetate, vinyl vresatate, and ethylene. It is specially developed for self-levelling flooring compounds or screeds and acts as an organic binder to enhance the adhesion ability, cohesion, and workability of corresponding building materials, such as ready-mix dry mortars. ELOTEX FL3210 is a hard polymer with excellent defoaming and levelling properties in conjunction with superplasticizers. Due to its monomer composition, it provides superior water resistance resulting in improved surface hardness and stability. This is particularly important when water-based adhesives are applied. Hardened mortars modified with ELOTEX FL3210 exhibit improved abrasion resistance, adhesion, flexural and compressive strengths, as well as smooth and defect-free surfaces. ELOTEX FL3210shows extremely low emission levels of volatile organic compounds (VOC), allowing manufacturers to formulate finished products in accordance with stringent eco-labelling requirements, such as EMICODE EC1PLUS.
