ELOTEX FL1200

ELOTEX FL1200 is a defoamed, hard redispersible polymer powder based on a copolymer of vinyl acetate and vinyl versatate. Mortars modified with ELOTEX FL1200 exhibit:
Improved workability. Enhanced adhesion and cohesion. Excellent defoaming and levelling properties in conjunction with superplasticizers. Superior water resistance (due to monomer composition). Improved surface hardness and stability. Improved abrasion resistance. Good compressive and flexural strength. Smooth and defect-free surfaces.
ELOTEX FL1200 shows extremely low emission levels of volatile organic compounds (VOC), allowing manufacturers to formulate finished products in accordance with stringent eco-labelling requirements.
ELOTEX FL1200 is a raw material for building and construction industry, such as ready-mixed dry mortars. It is used as an organic binder in the formulation of self-levelling compounds (cement/gypsum-based, manual/machine applications)
