Dry Chopped Strands 3540 chopped strands from NEG are designed to reinforce various types of resins, especially polyamide 6 (PA6) and polyamide 66. Compatibility of 3540 chopped strands in the polyester resin polyethylene terephthalate (PET) offer the producer of both PA and PET compounds an opportunity to consolidate inventories of fiber glass products. The 3540 chopped strand product also offers a combination of excellent dispersion and great mechanical properties.
