SACHTOLITH HD-S

SACHTOLITH® HD-S is a synthetic white pigment produced from very pure zinc sulfide. It has a refractive index of 2.37 (of ZnS), high brightness and neutral hue.
The product is chemically resistant on the pH range between 4 and 12.
Applications
SACHTOLITH® HD-S is suitable for abrasion sensitive systems in a wide range of applications including; coatings, inks, plastics and paper. Where glass fibers are used, SACHTOLITH® HD-S can be used provide whiteness without having a negative impact on the mechanical
properties of the article.
Low absorption in the near UV range helps increase compatibility with optical brighteners increasing their performance.
