ZINC STEARATE-TM

Zinc Stearate grades can be used in the following applications:
PVC Processing – The main application is in the stabilization and lubrication of rigid PVC compounds. It is used in combination with calcium or other metal stearate to form primary stabilizers (most used are grades TM, TB and SP).
Polyethylene Manufacture and Processing – Employed mainly as an acid acceptor and lubricant (most used are grades TM and TMD).
Polyamides H.I. and expandable – Internal and external lubricant (most used are grades TM and TMD).
Polyesters – Used as lubricant.
Paint and Lacquer – Used as lubricant.
Polyurethane – Used as lubricant with release agent effect.
Abrasive paper – Used as lubricant and sanding sealer.
Latex and Rubber Process – Used as anti-blocking agent.
Building Materials – Applied as hydrophobic agent in mortars and plaster (most used are grades TM and TW).
