Product Description
Supersperse 95 is a multifunctional dispersant that is used in both the grind and the letdown phases.
In latex systems, Supersperse 95 is used in conjunction with other common dispersants.
In the grind, reduce the level of current dispersant by 30 to 40% and replace with Supersperse 95 at 0.75 to 1.00 lbs. per 100 gallons.
Better pigment dispersion and shorter dwell times will be realized, which can reduce the amount of prime pigments needed to achieve desired opacity and/or tint strength in most cases a 10% reduction of glycols will be possible.
