BURGESS ICECAP-K™ is an excellent extender for TiO2 in coatings where a high hegman grind is required. Its low screen residue makes it a leader in the field of calcined kaolins. Applications include wire and cable, molded and extruded rubber, and plastic products.
BURGESS ICECAP-K™ has good electricals, low compression set, and low water absorption.
At 30% replacement of TiO2 in a window profile, BURGESS ICECAP-K™ demonstrates improved Tensile Strength and Elongation.
