ORGASOL 3501 EXD NAT 1

Orgasol 3501 EXD NAT 1 is spheroidal copolyamide 6/12 powder with a narrow particle size distribution and an average diameter of 10µm. Orgasol 3501 EXD NAT 1 has a melting temperature of 142°C. An extremely high level of quality is achieved through rigorous control of the particle size distribution, ensuring excellent consistency of performance.

Application Properties:
Transfer paper technology for inkjet printing high and controlled porosity, perfect printability quality, very high ink acceptance efficient transfer of the image from the paper to the textile substrate, guarantying a high wash resistance.
Powder Injection Technology: improve the end-products performance. Solid lubricant imparts high strength to the molded green parts & avoid damage of the parts on ejection of the mold.
Matting / texturing agent (smooth texture) Best matting efficiency is obtained for coatings thickness inferior to 20µm.
Abrasion & Scratch resistance improvement reinforces the mechanical properties of the coating.
Pleasant hand touch additive suitable for soft touch coating formulation.
Compatible with most resins used in coating industry suitable for solvent-based, water-based and 100% solid UV-curable systems.
