ORGASOL 2002 EXD NAT 1

Orgasol 2002 EXD NAT 1 is spheroidal polyamide 12 powder with a narrow particle size distribution and an average diameter of 10µm. Orgasol 2002 EXD NAT 1 has a melting temperature of 177°C. An extremely high level of quality is achieved through rigorous control of the particle size distribution & porosity, ensuring excellent consistency of performance.

Application Properties:
Matting / texturing agent (smooth texture) best matting efficiency is obtained for coatings thickness inferior to 20µm.
Abrasion & Scratch resistance improvement reinforces the mechanical properties of the coating.
Pleasant hand touch additive suitable for soft touch coating formulation.
Compatible with most resins used in coating industry suitable for solvent-based, water-based and 100% solid UV-curable systems.
Compliant with FDA regulations (FDA 177-1500 and FDA 175-300).
